Watts Auto Diesel Service (Auto Repairs) in Alabaster

These people are crocks! They have sold me and several of my friends lemons and will not make it right. They sold me a vehicle that once I got it into the drive way the check engine light came on, the transmission slipped, the engine was shaking violently, and the hood wouldn't open. I contacted the manager and he laughed at me and told me I was stupid for not getting it checked before buying then hung up on me. I drove down to their store and it was closed 4 hours early on a friday. The next day I drove to their store and the owner told me to "get the F*** out or he would whip my A** and "we needed to go somewhere so we could deal with this like real men." They manager and owner also kept calling my wife and kids names and enjoyed being mean to there customers. After I had enough and we got into the junk vehicle and drove it to the shop.
